Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a form of medicine, dating from the 19th century, where hands and in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics are used to diagnose and treat. This very gentle treatment stimulates the body’s inherent ability to self-heal and self-regulate. It reinstates proper biomechanics and optimal space for uninterrupted flow of the nerve impulses (control mechanism), blood (nutrients and oxygen), lymph and CSF (detoxification). Nutrients are thus enabled to reach their destination, which restores optimal physiology and health.
Why Osteopathy?
- Highly effective – treats the ROOT cause
- Gentle & safe – feels as relaxing as massage
- No side effects – no meds or injections
- Improves health – boosts immune system
- Suitable for all – babies, adults & elderly
Just like flossing your clean teeth prevents dental issues, osteopathy keeps your body in its optimal state. So, one should not wait to not feel well to benefit from osteopathy.
Some conditions osteopathy can help with:
- Headaches
- Concussion
- Back pain & Sciatica
- Neck & shoulder pain
- Disk bulging or herniation
- TMJ / Jaw pain
- Vertigo, dizziness, tinnitus
- Tendinitis, bursitis, neck and back pain
- Knee and foot pain
- Many other conditions

Acupuncture
Acupuncture, a system which originated in ancient China, has increasingly been adopted by medical science in the last 40 years. As more and more evidence of the effects of acupuncture is demonstrated, its use has become standard in physiotherapy and rehab clinics across the globe. Acupuncture treatment in combination with physical therapy is an excellent strategy for speeding the rate of recovery from pain and injury.
Acupuncture’s advantage is that it uses electrically conductive needles to directly interface with the peripheral nervous system in order to manipulate sensory and motor function, as well as sympathetic and parasympathetic activity. This means that acupuncture is not only great for pain relief, but also for improving muscle weakness caused by chronic or acute injuries by strengthening the neurological supply of inhibited muscles.
Acupuncture can also offer treatment for systemic health problems via the autonomic nervous system. For example, issues caused by over-activation of the sympathetic system, such as high blood pressure, anxiety or poor digestion, can be effectively treated via the regulating effect of acupuncture.
Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture - is a branch of treatment that focuses on facial rejuvenation. Extremely tiny needles are used to promote blood flow and collagen production in order to tone facial muscles and decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for a more youthful appearance. A standard course of treatment requires 10 sessions for best results.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is used to help manage a health condition or enhance wellness. It involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body. Massage has been practiced in most cultures throughout human history and was one of the earliest tools that people used to try to relieve pain. There are several types of messages, including deep tissue, sports, trigger point, and Swedish massage. It offers numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits that contribute to overall well-being.
Physically, massage therapy helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility. It’s particularly beneficial for managing chronic conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and injuries. Athletes often use massage therapy to prevent injuries, maintain peak performance, and recover from strenuous activities; however, it can provide great benefits to everyone.
